We designed this course primarily for learners in Europe as many foundational DEI courses assume that the learners are from the US or Canada. However, the main principles of DEI work covered in this course apply to organizations anywhere in the world.

    You can access the course on a computer, mobile, or tablet. You will have 3 months of access to the course content.

  • How long will it take to complete the course?

    DEI Starter takes approx. 1.5 hours to complete and is accompanied by a course Workbook with reflection activities that will deepen your learning.
